Competition entries are invited from Primary age pupils Year 2 upwards.
The task is to create a poster celebrating Black History month. The poster can be themed
generally around Black History, choose a specific black historical character who had a
positive influence on history, history here in Blackpool or Lancashire, sports
people/footballers of black heritage who have had wide reaching impact on society, the
possibilities are endless.
Posters must be no larger than A3 and can be created by an individual, pair or group. The
school is to select it’s best 5 posters to submit.
Entries must be received by the club no later than 18/10/2022 4pm. You can submit your
entries to a member of Community Trust staff within your school or bring to the Club’s
main reception.
